Besides presenting the project details the invited experts will pay a special attention to  the challenges set by the failure of both public IT infrastructures and market mechanism to fully cover the ICT needs of territorial administrations, citizens and businesses, particularly in rural and remote areas.

Within the framework of the event a panel discussion will take place that involves many actual and relevant topics: availability of the cloud services, examination of price-value rate and business parameters of cloud services and related infrastructure, and the current market situation of these services to the local and global markets.
